English Next: Why global English may mean the end of "English as a Foreign Language." by David Graddol published by the British Council

(an argument that English may change so much it may no longer be "foreign.")
Complex international, economic, technological and cultural changes could start to diminish the leading position of English as the language of the world market, and UK interests which enjoy advantage from the breadth of English usage would consequently face new pressures.

Turkish is not to be spoken in the classroom
, if you do this frequently, you should deduct points from your classroom participation.

A proper university student can read a document, think critically about what they read, write clearly about what they think and discuss what they think and write clearly and objectively based upon critical examination of what they read and understand. In this course that means using English.

If you want to be a good computer science person you will have to learn good English. English is the language of Information Technology, the Internet and Computer Science. You are going to have to practice speaking, reading and writing English, this is going to take a lot of work both inside and outside of the class.

Please try to remember that your classroom is the "English Zone" where only English is spoken. You will never get proficient at speaking English if you speak Turkish in all your lessons or are constantly trying to translate words from a dictionary.
