Week Five: Oct 22 – 26
Assignment
  • Read the Evaluations and Evaluations Explained pages: Prepare to discuss and write a self evaluation in class next week. Try not to write more than two pages and answer all questions as best you can.
  • You will have to READ the self evaluation form and use it as your guide, print it and bring it to class.

  • NOTE: Bring two questions EACH PERSON (not each group) prepared about something you do NOT understand;
  • Bring two short statements about something you read that you DID understand.
  • Everyone should be prepared to ask a question, make a statement or to answer something...
  • After you write your self evaluation in class, you will type and print it in the proper format, this printed document will be DUE the 2d class next week.
  • Print these documents and keep for every class:
    • Writing a Self-Evaluation (odt) (pdf)
    • General Guidelines for Writing Your Self Evaluation (odt) (pdf)
    • Self Evaluation Grade Sheet and Rubric (odt) (pdf)
Hour 1.
Finish presentations
Start Evaluations: You should be prepared to take the lead in some of these discussions
Discuss and try to answer questions about how this is done.
Make sure you ALL know how this is done
How do these work? Try to explain to each other in class...

Hour 2.
Write self evaluations
Turn them in typed & printed next class

Hour 3.
Typed printed self evaluations DUE!
Discuss self evaluations guidelines, grade sheet and rubric

Hour 4.
Discuss self evaluations guidelines, grade sheet and rubric
